An author’s note of around 100 words (optional)
A biography of around 100 words
One primary link to contact the author
Up to two endorsements of the author’s writing of no more than 50 words each (optional)
Up to three links to the author’s work (optional).
Formatting
Single space all text
Use a single common font, preferably Arial 10 or Times New Roman 12
Do not embed page breaks between poems or other material.
Do not center or otherwise indent or offset titles above poems.
Place “Books on Blog” in the subject line of the email.
